PSCO-26 was held in Lausanne, Switzerland, from 23 to 25 September 2026. The programme featured invited talks, contributed presentations, and poster sessions, bringing together researchers from across the community to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest developments in perovskite materials, devices, and their photophysical and optoelectronic properties and phenomena.
In addition, an optional Industry Day took place on Friday, 25 September, extending the conference discussions to the industrial perspective. The event brought together industry representatives to examine the opportunities, latest developments, and outstanding challenges associated with the industrialization of photovoltaic thin-film technologies.

PSCO-25 was held in Perugia, Italy, from 15 to 17 September 2025. The programme featured invited talks, contributed presentations, and poster sessions, bringing together researchers from across the community to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest developments in perovskite materials, devices, and their photophysical and optoelectronic properties and phenomena.
The conference programme was complemented by three Special Sessions dedicated to specific research initiatives and emerging areas of innovation:
- Catalysis and GoPV: On the morning of 15 September, two Special Sessions were held, one focusing on catalysis and the other on the GoPV project. Both sessions were open to all registered PSCO participants and provided an opportunity to explore cutting-edge research and technological developments.
- VALHALLA Project: On 17 September, a dedicated Special Session highlighted the research and objectives of the VALHALLA project, offering participants insights into its activities and scientific contributions.
In addition, an optional Industry Day took place on Thursday, 18 September, extending the conference discussions to the industrial perspective. The event brought together industry representatives to examine the opportunities, latest developments, and outstanding challenges associated with the industrialization of photovoltaic thin-film technologies.

PSCO-24 was held in Perugia, IT, from 16th to 18th September 2024. The programme included a combination of invited talks, contributed talks, and poster presentations, bringing a broad spectrum of the community together to discuss and share knowledge on the latest advances in perovskite materials, devices, and their photophysical and optoelectronic properties and phenomena.
In addition, there were two satellite events:
- On the 16th of September, a morning session was dedicated to disseminating the scientific output of PERSEPHONe, a European project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020. The project focused on developing a novel technological platform for photonics based on metal-halide perovskite semiconductors. All PSCO participants were invited to attend at no extra cost.
- An optional Industry Day was held on Thursday, 19th September, to discuss the industrialization of photovoltaic thin-film technology. Speakers from the industry provided updates on progress and challenges faced in this sector.
