USEFUL INFORMATION FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

 

We welcome abstract submissions for oral as well as poster contributions.

 

Important: you first need to pre-register, then submit the abstracts.

If you are already registered, please log in and access the abstract submission's page.

 

Please prepare your abstract in English by using the Microsoft Word template (DOWNLOAD HERE). You are required to submit only one version of your abstract.

The presenting author holds the responsibility for abstract submission and for informing the co-authors about the abstract status.

 

Please follow these instructions for submitting your abstract: 

  • Abstracts must be submitted ONLY as PDF files.
  • Rename the file with the name of the presenting author, e.g. SurnameName_oral.
  • File size is limited to 2 Megabytes.
  • Upload the PDF file using the "Send Abstract" format

 

Important dates:

  • Abstract submission deadline for oral contributions: April 11th, 2025
  • Abstract acceptance notification for oral contributions: May 15th, 2025  
  • Abstract submission deadline for poster contributions: July 1st, 2025  
  • Abstract acceptance notification for poster contributions: July 17th, 2025  
  • Final payment deadline for oral contributions: July 1st, 2025  
  • Final registration and payment deadline for oral and poster contributions: July 31st, 2025
